Welcome to the next chapter of our high-point pursuit: Touch the Sky Series, where we chase state summits one peak at a time.
This edition takes us to the slopes of Mount Frissell near the Massachusetts border. This marked summit is officially the highest natural point in Connecticut, and we’re going to stand on it together.
Summiting the high points of 5 states completes the first tier of a hiking challenge and earns you a patch! Come with Outsiders on your high-pointing journey throughout the Northeast.
This series is about momentum. About stacking summits. About touching the sky state by state. Invite your crew and come ready to climb.

### Event Details:

10:00 AM - Meet at The Standard Biergarten 10:30 AM - Depart NYC 12:30 PM - Arrive at Trailhead + Begin Hike 3:00 PM - Summit Connecticut Highpoint 5:00 PM - Depart Trailhead to local eatery 7:00 PM - Depart back to NYC
(All times are approximate and subject to traffic and group pace.)

### What’s Included in Your Ticket:

• Round-trip transportation

### Hike Details:

• Difficulty: Moderate
• Mileage: Approx. 5–6 miles
• Elevation Gain: Moderate, gradual ascent

### What to Bring:

• Proper hiking boots (required)
• Plenty of water: 1L per 4 miles
• Packed snacks
• Weather-appropriate layers

• Proper hiking boots are required.
• Our adventures are full-day experiences. We do not recommend scheduling other activities that day, as return times can vary.
• Unsafe attire may result in denied participation for safety reasons.
• If you are not dressed in weather-appropriate gear or your attire is deemed unsuitable for the activity, we have the right to turn you down for the safety of the group and yourself.
