**Wir treffen uns am 10.04. um 19:00 im kleinen Café des Paul-Schneider-Hauses für einen gemütlichen Brettspiele-Abend! Getränke können dort gekauft oder selbst mitgebracht werden. Was mitzubringen ist: Snacks (wenn benötigt) und eure Lieblingsspiele! Es sind dort keine Spiele vorrätig, deshalb sind wir auf unsere eigenen Spiele angewiesen. Wenn jemand aber nichts mitbringen kann, ist das auch kein Problem. Unser internationales Sprachcafé richtet sich an Alt- und Neu-Berliner\*innen, Reisende und Anwohner\*innen - alle sind willkommen! Um das Eis zu brechen, haben wir verschiedene Spieleinheiten vorbereitet - wie zum Beispiel ein Kennlern-Bingo, Impro-Theater-Übungen und ein kleines Berlin-Quiz. Selbstverständlich ist die Teilnahme an den Spielen freiwillig und ihr könnt euch gerne einfach gemütlich unterhalten. Wir möchten vor allem Sprachstudierende ermutigen teilzunehmen, und Berlin in diesem Rahmen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven kennenzulernen, persönliche Kontakte zu knüpfen und in das kulturelle Kiezleben der Stadt einzutauchen. Join the dinner event and hangout this Friday, we are going to be in central Berlin (Mitte), a short distance from Oranienburger Tor U-Bahn (subway) station. We are visiting the Indian restaurant called Amrit, which offers good food, cosy environment and fair prices. There are many dishes on the menu including vegetarian ones. A nice long table will be reserved for us. In case the attendees will have the wish, there is also an option to visit a nice pub after the dinner. Silent Book Club is a group of book lovers who enjoy reading together in public. All books and all readers are welcome. Sunday mornings are for easy 5k's! Join us on our regular Sunday runs. This run is for EVERYBODY. We created RCB with the intention of connecting runners/people with each other. We know how hard it is to meet new friends in a city full of people. With RCB we want to make that easier. Every Sunday we will meet for a easy 5 kilometers (pace vary's according to people present), with a nice coffee and some socialising afterwards. The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience.
