In a city that moves fast, stillness can feel rare - and yet it is always available 🌞

I am opening a small meditation circle inspired by Vipassana practice, centered around shared silence, presence and collective stillness. This is not a class, not a course and not a professional offering. It is a simple, intentional space to sit together.

I have participated in two meditation retreats and want to continue deepening my relationship to awareness. While I am not a teacher, I feel a sincere desire to create a space where we can practice and share collectively ✨

The format will be simple:

  • A brief welcome and intention setting 🪷
  • A short breathing exercice sequency to focus and shift our energy inward 🪨
  • 1hour of silent sitting, in stillness 🧘🏻
  • A short moment of reflective writing and optional sharing at the end 🗣️

The session will be facilitated in English. It is limited to 8 participants to preserve intimacy, depth and a sense of safety. No food or drink (a part from water if needed) will be provided.

🪙 Please remember to bring 100 TL in cash as a contribution to the space.

ℹ️ it is important to note that this is not a guided visualization meditation. There will be minimal verbal guidance, as the core of the practice is silent sitting.

🌼 This space is open to everyone regardless of gender identity, race, background, experience level or belief system. All that is asked is a willingness to sit in silence together with respect and openness.

Whether you already have a meditation practice or are simply curious about sharing stillness with others, you are warmly welcome.
