Soulful Steep & Sacred Pages: Journaling with Tarot and Tea
·ÇevrimiçiÇevrimiçiIn our fast-paced world, finding time to pause, tune in, and reflect is a profound act of self-care. Join Sara Rose for a warm and intimate online gathering dedicated to the practices of mindful tea, Tarot guidance, and journaling. With our journals, pens, and tea at hand, we'll gather together to slow down and create space for ourselves, grounded by tea and guided into journaling with Tarot cards. For this six-month series spanning May through October, we’ll be exploring “The Herbcrafter’s Tarot” by Joanna Powell Colbert and Latisha Guthrie.
In this workshop, you will experience:
- A relaxing guided meditation, allowing you to let go of the day and arrive in your body
- A meditative tea session with your tea of choice, creating inner space for creativity and intuition
- Tarot card guidance from “The Herbcrafter’s Tarot” deck
- Quiet journaling time to reflect on your personal connection to the cards
- Time for optional group sharing, creating a beautiful circle of connection
To honor the privacy of this personal work, all sessions will be held live and will not be recorded. Prior Tarot knowledge/experience is not necessary: all card meanings will be explained, and guidance given on how to interpret the cards intuitively.

Tea & Tranquility: A Meditative Ceremony
Fire and Spirit, 673 Little Britain Road, Unit #1, New Windsor, NY, USIn this hour-long tea ceremony hosted by Sara Rose, experience multiple infusions of delicious seasonally-appropriate whole leaf tea, brewed with care and intention and served in handmade tea bowls. Accompanied by gentle music, each sip will draw you further into a place of peaceful, grounded stillness, providing comforting support for inner exploration as your body relaxes and your senses come alive.
Give yourself the gift of tuning in, releasing what no longer serves you, and being cared for, with tea as your anchor and guide.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Training

Sunday, May 31st, Saturday, June 6th, & Sunday, June 7th
9:00 AM - 6:00 PMThis three-day training is open to Usui Reiki Masters and Level II practitioners who completed their training at least 6 months prior to registration.
Holy Fire® III is an evolution of the Usui Tibetan Reiki system and works through guided processes known as experiences, placements, and ignitions rather than attunements. These experiences are meditative and internally guided, allowing the energy to be more refined as it is not influenced by the Master Teacher.
If you began your Reiki journey with Usui Reiki training, Holy Fire® III integrates naturally with the teachings and practices you have already learned.
During this training, you will receive the Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Placement and Ignitions. You will work with both the Usui Master symbol and the Holy Fire® III symbol while deepening your understanding of how Holy Fire® III works.
Some topics and techniques covered during the training include:
- Soul and Spirit Defined
- The Twelve Heavens
- Holy Fire® Meditation
- Healing Spirit Attachments with the Holy Fire® Reiki Spirit Release Technique
- How to Maintain and develop Holy Fire®This training focuses on integration and practical application, allowing you to embody the teachings and develop confidence in working at the Master level.
Upon Completion of this training, you will receive a Shinpiden: Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Master certificate and will be able to offer sessions, Reiki Talks, and trainings online and in person.
