This beginner-friendly Hatha class blends seated and standing postures (asanas), breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to enhance your flexibility, focus, and energy levels.

In today’s high-stress world, yoga is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline. This class will help you release anxiety, reset your nervous system, and experience deep relaxation.
