Welcome to the NYC Ramen Enthusiasts Club. This Meetup group, formed in 2017, is dedicated to ramen fans, supporters, devotees, as well as aficionados. We have grown to over 1500 members!The club is built on values of being open-minded, progressive, kind, and hungry. The goal is to foster a sense of community through food and friendship.
We will go to dinner once or twice month. Each dinner will be limited to a small group.
Rules: Members must bring cash, you cannot skip a dinner. If you need to change your RSVP please do so within 48 hours of the event to be be courteous to others. Those who cannot follow this simple rule will be removed from the group---so sorry, can't have last minute cancellations and no shows with a dinner meetup. Thank you!

Dinner at Kogane (Chelsea)
Kogane Ramen, 337 W 14th St, New York, NY, USKogane is a highly regarded ramen shop who makes homemade, fresh ramen daily. The noodle style rotates over time, between Hakata-style and Tokyo-style. Kogane was opened by chef Ken-san, "whose passion for Japanese cuisine spans 20 years". Kogane Ramen also frequently has the homemade ramen burger on their menu, if you are feeling especially adventurous. You can find their menu through this link.

They opened in 2022 and are appreciated for their Signature Pho, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and Oxtail Pho. There is also a vegetarian pho made from a mushroom based broth.
