Are you looking to improve your game? Developed by professional American players and certified coaches, our classes are perfect for beginner to intermediate players who want a fun, low-pressure environment to go from shanking passes to spiking. 💪

If you have never played beach volleyball or have limited experience and want to learn the fundamentals and improve your skills in a supportive and fun environment, this group's for you! 👍
If you're an indoor player and want to get your "sand legs" trained, this group's for you! 👍
If you used to play and are looking to get back out there and get out the rust, this group's for you! 👍

Our class was designed by professional American players and certified coaches to develop you into a complete beach volleyball player. We take training just as seriously as we take having a good time. 🎉

Each class consists of:
🏐 Dynamic stretching for injury prevention
🏐 Coordination and theoretical training
🏐 Fundamental skill development
🏐 Game Simulations
