DTC Builders NYC is back with our next session - and this one is for the builders who are ready to stop guessing and start running their business with financial clarity.
You've done the hard part. You found a product people want, got your site live, and created UGC content that actually converts. Now it's time to build the business behind it.
We're bringing together three operators who've lived this:
- Ronak Shah – Co-founder of Obvi, one of the fastest-scaling DTC supplement brands in the game
- Nate Littlewood – Fractional CFO who's helped dozens of ecommerce brands get their numbers under control

You'll leave knowing exactly how to calculate your marketing budget, what your profit margins should look like, and how to read your numbers like a founder - not a finance degree.
