OVERVIEW
Peer production is a model of producing knowledge goods that uses 'network' based collaboration and builds on 'transitive trust' among individual participants.

Our motivation is the following:

- A close look at peer production model
- Experience and Lessons from earlier communities
- Gaps and Mis-steps that affect cadence.

We then self-reflect

- What we seek to achieve ?
- What are our core values (non-negotiables) ?
- How will our troika of 'trust', 'justice' and 'network' be mapped to our intents and actions ?
- What legal and technical tools we will use to support our effort ?
- What will we do to identify, outreach, encourage and onboard individuals to become contributors ?
- What will be our model of conflict resolution ?
- How will be sustain our community in the long term ?
