An invitation for anyone interested in personal growth, seeking a supportive group for accountability and reflection, or interested in how to align with natural cycles and seasonal rhythms.
This monthly workshop is designed to explore monthly themes to connect our internal states to the Seasonal changes- aligning journaling, yoga, reflection, and community.

Workshop is typically $35 a session, but happy to discuss sliding scale or bundle options if cost is a barrier ♥️
