Rather than bombard your inbox, I'm going to use one email to cover all this month's news (so far). On short notice, I've planned a very small (four person) dinner on Wednesday, March 11, at the new Fatty Crab:

As an anti-St. Patrick's Day event, ten of us will get together for a quiet dinner at Himalayan Yak on March 17:

A whole big bunch of us will be attending the Choice Eats event, run by the Village Voice, on March 31:

For this last event, please note that you must buy your own ticket from the Village Voice (you'll find the appropriate link on the Meetup event page); RSVPing "yes" does not by itself get you in the door. Tickets sold out last year, and if you're planning to join us this year, I urge you to buy your ticket as soon as possible.

A final thought: I'd like to make you aware of Bake for Hope, a volunteer-run organization that will be conducting bake sales across the country during the week before Mother's Day, proceeds go toward supporting a cure for breast cancer. Find out more here:
