I just wanted to give you a heads up about what is coming up in March.
REGENERATE one day retreat SUNDAY MARCH 16 in the Enchanted Redwoods just 45 min south of SF. It is not often I host an event at my home so you really don't want to miss this if you can make it. On beautiful land with incredible practitioners and of course delicious raw vegan cuisine. It will be a choose your own adventure type of retreat with a plethora of experiences to chose from.
