Q&A with the president of CFAR

From: dgreer

Hey all,

Since I heard about the Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR) at Skepticon, I've been following their website.  I believe that the Freethought, Skeptical and Atheist communities of KC will be interested in what they are doing nowadays.  I've got access to a classroom at UMKC on Sunday's, so I suggested that the president of CFAR should Skype in and tell us about CFAR.

I'd like to gauge interest before setting this up as a Meetup.

Please take a look at CFAR's website and let me know if you'd show up at UMKC on Sunday, July 14, 2013 to learn more about it.  I can get the same room used by the Community of Reason.

Thanks,
Doug Greer
