FollowUp Japanese Meetup Announcement

Hello everyone,

I want to clarify that the last announcement was not about the Wednesday study groups.  Lou is a dedicated organizer and has done a great job with the "Japanese Study Group" meetups.

The "Oshaberi Tuesday! おしゃべり火曜!" meetups are still active and the last announcement was sent to everyone as a reminder of our "Code of Conduct".  I want all of you to know that we organizers take these meetups seriously and we like to make sure that everyone has a great time.

We have a lot of fun on Tuesdays and at many other events, so let's keep the fun and good energy going!
