At Ease Adventures
Weekly Dungeons and Dragons (Wizards of the Coast's Official Campaign - Adventurer's League) Event We have multiple tables reserved at At Ease Games on Wednesday nights from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. We have tables reserved throughout both sides of the store. Just ask the staff on either side, and they will direct you to us. We will starting a the Adventurer's League season, Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, on this day. All tables will be starting fresh at level one. Most of our Dungeon Masters plan on taking their parties all the way through the first and second adventures, Dragon Heist (levels 1-5) and the Dungeon of the Mad Mage (levels 5-20). In other words, the goal for this season is to give players the opportunity to level from first to twentieth; something that has been lacking in prior seasons. It's the perfect time to join a table and enjoy the adventure! In addition to Dragon Heist and the Dungeon of the Mad Mage, we will also offer other adventures: The Embers of the Last War (set in Eberron) story arc, The Lost Mines of Phandelver and the Waterdeep DDAL PDF story arc. For new players, we provide pre-generated character to help you get started in the game. Alternatively, you can create your own character. We do follow the official campaign rules found here (http://www.dmsguild.com/product/208178/DD-Adventurers-League-Players-Pack?&affiliate_id=925821). This is free to download. If you want to check out the rules before purchasing the rule book, you can download the basic version of the rules here (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/basicrules). This is also a free download. On the 26th, we will be conducting a social adventure. We'll explain the rules on that day; however, there will be no "tables" for first hour. Players will be given the opportunity to form their own groups. Afterwards, they will sit at the table with the DM and start the actual adventure. If you show up late, don't worry, we will still be seating players; however, it will be by availability. Also, we welcome, and are always looking for, new Dungeon Masters. We are part of the Adventurer's League and do follow the campaign guidelines. You can download them here http://www.dmsguild.com/product/208178/DD-Adventurers-League-Players-Pack?&affiliate_id=925821). It's the same pack listed above; however, it does contain all the information necessary for players and DMs. Keep in mind that our DMs do get a 15% discount on store purchases made on Wednesday night, Adventurer League rewards to help you level your own characters and the opportunity to play your own characters during our DMs Only Group scheduled for the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Here's a simplified list of downloads, in case they got buried in our welcoming wall of text: • Dungeons and Dragons Basic Rules (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/basicrules) (basically a lite version of the Player's Handbook) • Adventurer's League Player's and DM Pack (http://www.dmsguild.com/product/208178/DD-Adventurers-League-Players-Pack?&affiliate_id=925821) (for character creation rules and standardization rules between tables) All of these downloads are free.
