The term "Blue Monday" extends back to the Middle Ages. Tradition tells us the third Monday of January is the most depressing day of the year.
To counter this low level state of energy, Dr. Silvia Hartmann, Founder and CEO of the Association for Meridian & Energy Therapies (the AMT), and Fiona Truman, a UK EFT practitioner and Energy Psychology thought leader, recorded a delightful video showcasing the benefits of Positive EFT for bringing more joy and wellbeing into our lives.

Silvia Hartmann and Fiona Truman have posted a fascinating video online discussing how Positive EFT is the antidote to the alleged most depressing day of the year.
