We are a regular bunch of busy people who like to take time out to pause, breathe, and meditate. We are from all faiths and disciplines, and everyone is welcome. Monthly gatherings include mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, music meditation, and silent meditation.

We are delighted to announce that this Saturday we have Ron Warren playing Native American flute for the music meditation portion of the program (more about Ron below).

DR. RON WARREN, an Echota Cherokee musician, is considered one of the most versatile and dynamic performers in the country today. He has the ability to honor the past while moving Native American music into the future. Ron has been a featured performer on Native American flutes at the National Museum of the American Indian, the Bangladesh Drishtipat DC festival, Flute Quest Seattle, and at many other powwows, cultural venues, and festivals throughout the country. His creative work has received multiple Native American Music Award nominations and an Individual Artist Award from his home state of Maryland, and Ron has been heard on NPR, Pacifica Radio, the History Channel, and numerous other media outlets.
