changes in scheduling Noho Web Dev events from Nov-Feb

I moved stuff around including changing sunday (after next: 29th) planning mtg to a general mtg.
and moving PHP planners mtg to a thursday on Dec 3rd (I cleared the sign up since it seemed
that sat am did not work for most of the people interested in participating) and scheduling the actual php
presentation for February along with some other things.
moodboard and protyping workshops are still on their original February days.
