Thanks to Tony and Ankur for their suggestions. Sadly, the developer of another WP plugin (Advanced iFrame) just informed me after testing that YouTube does not permit cross-origin framing. *sigh*

Subject: [newtech-1] two WP plugin questions

All,

I need help with the following:

1. I have a WP page which acts as a  science RSS feed aggregator via a WP plugin. I want to automatically export updated feed items as a Twitter feed. I haven’t been able to find a second plugin that does this, and the ones that seem close are several versions behind WP 3.5.1. (The plugin I’m using can create an RSS feed from the imported feeds, but that feature is in beta and output is a bit messy – and anyway, I want to tweet them, not require people to subscribe.}

2. I also want to find an iFrame plugin that will display my YouTube or Vimeo channel in a page on the same WP blog. I tried one, but nothing was displayed, and I don’t yet know if that’s a Google restriction or something else.)

Note that I am not a coder, so custom scripting is not a solution that I could handle myself.

Many thanks in advance,

Stuart
