Session 1 of 2: Build an AI Tool to Systematize Your Business SOPs
You have processes in your head that nobody else can replicate. What happens when you're sick, on vacation, or finally ready to hire? This session changes that.
In 90 minutes, you'll use Claude Code to build a real AI tool that turns your messy, brain-dumped business processes into clean, usable SOPs - the kind a new hire can follow on day one without asking you a single question.
No coding required. No technical background needed. Just show up with one messy process you've been meaning to document, and leave with a tool that does the documenting for you.
What you'll do: Drop your messy process notes into your new AI tool and watch it produce a structured, professional SOP in seconds. Then do it again with something else.
What you'll leave with: A working AI tool installed on your own machine that you own, you control, and you can use on every process in your business from that day forward.

Session 2 of 2: Build Your First Autonomous Agent: Automate Your Client Onboarding
Last week, you created your SOP. That SOP exists, but you or someone on your team needs to run it. Today, we'll show you how to make it run itself.
In this session you'll build an autonomous agent — an AI that doesn't just document your client onboarding process, it does it. Sends the welcome email, creates the folder, triggers the first task. While you sleep.
This is where Claude Code stops being a curiosity and starts being a business asset.
What you'll do: Take a real client onboarding SOP — yours, or one you build in the session — and turn it into an agent that executes each step automatically when a new client signs up.
What you'll leave with: A working autonomous agent connected to your actual business process. Not a demo. Not a template. Yours.
