In most groups the large majority do not participate. In a moderated
group, even fewer will participate.
What is this "higher purpose" of which you speak?
The free exchange of ideas, and open debate, are a great way to learn
and spark innovation.
I personally don't want other people deciding what is, and is not, appropriate.
