Hi Everyone.  

All good points, most of which i'm cognizant of in how entrepreneurs and startups are perceived by potential employers.  Ultimately you can't make everyone happy, and you can't win them all and get every job you're interested in.  I could even remove the startup 12mo completely and let them ask about the year time gap too.  Hard to say what's best.  Ultimately if an employer doesn't want an entrepreneurial problem solving git'er done experienced professional, that's up to them.
