so i have this phone straight from china.  is there any hope of installing any custom ROM on it, considering its not branded & no one is distributing a ROM specific to it (whatever "it" is)?

what are my options for getting a custom ROM for it?  i know how to install & all that jazz.  but not how to make my own ROM.  these are the only specs i know about the phone:
