Event Description: Not strictly associated with this group, but perhaps of interest to our members:


Francis and Carol Janes, founders of Caf? Ambrosia, are hosting a 4th annual fundraiser and informal outdoor BBQ dinner at their home in North Seattle on Saturday, July 21. Chef Francis will prepare a number of crowd pleasing summertime vegan dishes served buffet style. Some of the ingredients used will be harvested from the organic garden at Pigs Peace Sanctuary. Beverages including wine and beer will be available with the meal.

100% of all ticket and auction proceeds go directly to support Pigs Peace Sanctuary.

Join us for this wonderful annual event and have fun while supporting the animals. If you have attended any of the previous BBQ dinners, then you know what a treat is in store for us! Pigs Peace founder and director Judy Woods will be on hand to greet and visit with guests. Children are welcome.

This year, more than ever, we need your participation and generous support as we try to recover from the devastating loss of the Sanctuary Education Center this past spring.
