Making Friends As An Adult is HARD

Making friends was easy when we were younger. You saw the same people every day. You had built in structure. You didn’t overthink it.

As adults, it feels different.

You can be socially capable and still feel socially disconnected.

You can attend events and still not get invited back. You can meet interesting people and never move beyond small talk.
This workshop is designed to change that.

In this 90 minute session, you will learn the practical mechanics behind building real friendships in adulthood. Not just theory or motivation though hopefully you feel motivated afterwards, but this is about real social skills you can apply immediately.

We will cover:

How to make friends after moving to a new city
How to get invited to more social plans
How to build connection when you don’t drink
Where to actually find your tribe
What to say when a conversation starts dying
How to turn small talk into meaningful conversation in minutes
What to do with your hands, eyes, and posture so you feel confident
A simple 90 second rapport formula you can use anywhere
How to tell stories that make people like and remember you
How to transition from an initial hang to ongoing plans

Who this is for:

Adults who want stronger friendships
People who recently moved
Singles who want to date and be social
Professionals who want deeper community
Anyone tired of surface level conversations

If you are serious about building a stronger social life this year, this workshop will give you a clear path forward.
