BackUpWordPress Plugin question

From: Liz M
Sent on: Friday, August 9, 2013, 8:42 AM
I upgraded to WP 3.6 as well as Genesis 2.0 yesterday. Today I noticed a new plugin installed that I didn't add myself. It's called BackUpWordPress (v. 2.3 by Human Made Limited). I just wondered:

1) If anyone else uses this and if they like it

and

2) How it got there without my permission!

I wouldn't mind using it instead of backing up manually. But just wanted to check first. Thanks for any info.
