(1) Friday Night OPEN GYM VOLLEYBALL in Redwood City (7pm-10pm @ SportsHouse)
VBmatch is co-hosting Open Gym Volleyball at the SportsHouse on Friday evenings (7pm to 10pm) in the month of January (Fridays 1/11, 1/18 and 1/25). SportsHouse has 3 volleyball courts with state-of-the-art Teraflex flooring (the same flooring system used in the 2012 Olympics).

Bring a friend; come with a team; or join us as an individual for Open Gym Volleyball. This is a great opportunity to check out the new facilities at SportsHouse and meet other volleyball players to form a team for the upcoming Tuesday Night League @ SportsHouse.

PLUS we'll be giving away a few VBmatch T-Shirts via random drawings at the Friday Night Open Gyms in January.  Drawing will be based on list of players who RSVP (must be present to win) : http://vbmatch.com/webpages/ContactUsFolder/FridayOpenGymRSVP.php

SportsHouse is located at : 3151 Edison Way  Redwood City, CA 94063  (from Highway 101, take the 84 Woodside exit or the Marsh Road exit)
Link to MAP : http://tinyurl.com/aru4yqh      There's plenty of FREE Parking on the premises.

SportsHouse OPEN GYM FEE: $5 for Members* and $10 for non-members ($7 rate in the month of January for non-members who RSVP online for VBmatch's Discount Guest List)

Of course, the biggest news story in sports this week, this month and thus far this year is Lance Armstrong's admission that he "used banned substances" for all 7 of the Tour De France Races that he won.  For those who are interested and missed it, here are highlights of Lance Armstrong's interview with Oprah : http://espn.go.com/sports/endurance/story/_/id/8854829/situation-was-one-big-lie
