RailsConf vs. RubyConf

Anybody have strong feelings either way?  I want to be able to attend some seminars on interesting developments, best practices, trends, etc. around rails and ruby and even coffeescript if available.  I don't really care about the city so much or extra curricular activities.  My company is paying for 1 trip this year, so I can't do both.  I am leaning towards RailsConf in Austin.  Since I have not been to either, I was wondering what others are thinking of doing.
