Edra,

I am in the same boat as you are, just a beginner and making my first baby steps at Raw Living.

I am currently looking for ideas for lunches at work... I have a 8-9 hour a day office job and I have already started drawing attention with what I am eating (in the lunchroom). It's good and bad, because I can share things, but I also realize this is not going to be that easy.

Yesterday I had to close my eyes passing some stuff displayed on those headers at Dominick's - on my way from the produce department to the checkout line. I left the store with just the green stuff and proud of myself though. I feel some much better transitioning to raw foods, but I am afraid I will run out of ideas for salads. I have started making smoothies in my Vita-Mix that recently arrived... But I will need ideas and support from all of you guys, what is it that you guys find most nutritious and filling when let's say stuck at a job for hours without much time for food preparation?

And 4th of July survival suggestions anyone...??

Best regards,

Aggie :)

Hi Don,
?
I'm really wanting to meet up I'm very new at trying this and need all the information I can get. It would be nice to meet other people who have the same food interest. I'm not able to make this one but hopefully the next.
?
Thanks
Edra
