Top Q&A Questions & Resources:
- Will the tip jar money go to the event organizer, or to the organizer of the group?
- Prerna: The way that it’s currently set up right now, is that the organizer of the group will be connecting their bank account or Stripe account to where the donations are being made. So it will be to the organizer of the group.
- The payment process for paid RSVPs remains clunky, improvements have not taken place. Are improvements planned for RSVP payments or for subscription payments? Will such improvements be available for members in Canada?
- Rajib: Yes, so this is a really important point. We know that this is a critical part of our systems, and we are looking to shape this every quarter as we go through. We know without this it wouldn’t be a working feature, we will not just make this improvement just for folks in Canada, but in all the international locations that we support.

- Will event chat replace event comments?
- Prerna: Our goal with event chat is to eventually streamline a lot of the different sort of communication tools that we have currently in place that are not honestly, in my opinion, the greatest in the world, and with the event chat, I’m really hoping we have some really robust functionality that encourages communication amongst members and organizers.
