Top Q&A Questions & Resources:
- Can you share your perspective on pencil-crayons versus crayons?
- I think they’re similar in a way. I like using crayons for a soft effect in my coloring but pencil-crayons can do that as well. I like crayons for doing backgrounds because it’s much faster, there’s more coverage with one stroke. Although, you could go on the side of your pencil-crayon and get the same effect. I think it’s just a matter of preference.
- Can you revive dried out markers?
- You can try getting the tip of the marker wet, but I don’t think you can fully revive it. It’s best to put the lid back on after you use it.
- Do you sharpen the crayons with a sharpener or do you just use them and they sharpen along the way?
- I do both, I usually end up breaking the crayon when I try to sharpen it with a sharpener. So what you can do is take your crayon paper and color on the side really hard, and it’ll wear down into the shape that you want.
