I will lead a quick 15 minute Cross-Fit style workout.
Cross-Fit focuses on high intensity exercise using core muscles under a short duration. Will improve power, strength, and stamina for running, biking, swiming, etc...
I'll start promptly on time at the playground where we meet for TMIRCE on Saturday Mornings. Come with a full water bottle and amped to try something new!
We can discuss optional other meeting places for mid-week workouts.
