Elena will lead a quick 15 minute Cross-Fit style workout pre-run.

Cross-Fit focuses on high intensity exercise using core muscles under a short duration. Will improve power, strength, and stamina for running, biking, swiming, etc...

Come with a full water bottle and amped to try something new!

I'll start promptly at 9:45 at the playground where we meet for TMIRCE on Saturday Mornings.
