Über uns
The Berlin Rationalist Community.
We have different kinds of meetups (see http://lesswrong.de):
Rationality Meetups
These are irregular social meetups that feature a relaxed atmosphere and soup and are great for longer conversations and discussion in small groups.
Sequences Reading Group
In the biweekly reading group we focus on extracting insights from the LessWrong sequences and applying them to improve our rationality.
Effective Altruism Meetups
The biweekly meetups of our local effective altruists at the VEBU offices often host lightning talks and serve as an entry point for EA-related projects.
European Community Weekend
Berlin hosts the yearly three-day gathering of the European rationality community. The weekend is an extremely fun blend of conference, networking event and family gathering.

ACX Meetups Everywhere Fall 2026
Humboldthain, Brunnenstraße, Berlin, BE, DELet's meet for the ACX Fall Meetups in the Humboldthain!
This will likely be a big meetup, as it was announced by Scott on ACX. From experience, I expect 25–50 attendees.
Humboldthain is good to reach by public transport; the next train stops are S+U Gesundbrunnen and S Humboldthain. You don't have to RSVP, pay money, or know anything about the blog. Please feel free to come even if you feel awkward about it, even if you're not "the typical ACX reader", even if you're worried people won't like you, etc. You're unlikely to be an outlier, regardless of whether you're very weird, very normie, or somewhere in between.
I'll buy some snacks; feel free to bring something to share as well. There are also many restaurants around if you get hungry.
Location: Big lawn at the center of Humboldthain — https://plus.codes/9F4MG9WP+36
