OKRs & Strategy - Building a foundation for successful OKR implementation
Details
A successful implementation of OKRs leads to a clear prioritization that sets a focus on what is most important to the company. As a result, a momentum is created that improves communication between departments and motivates employees who are actively influencing the success of their organization. In order to achieve the desired outcome an inspiring vision and a robust strategy are key.
In the next meetup, Sabina Lammert will share her experience on how to challenge the current vision, mission and strategy in order to establish the required basis for a successful OKR implementation.
Sabina will introduce you to the fundamentals of a promising strategy. Afterward, she will facilitate a short breakout session, in which you can reflect on your OKR basic requirements.
In the second part, Sabina will share with you the approach she used in her latest OKR strategy workshop. In the final debrief you can share your OKR strategy stories and you will have time to ask everything that comes to your mind in order to make your next OKR strategy workshop a success.
