Led by Tiffany, a dancer with over 10 years of experience, this session blends her diverse background - from tap dance to performing in a K-pop dance group during university, to taking the stage with hip-hop and commercial styles.

Her journey is rooted in passion, versatility, and a deep love for performance.
In this one-hour workout, Tiffany guides You through a dynamic, beginner-friendly cardio session with simple, easy-to-follow moves that still bring the full energy of hip-hop.

It’s designed to make You sweat, smile, and feel good in Your body - whether You’re new to dance or just looking for a fun way to stay active.

This class brings back the magic of a time when we watched weekly charts, learned choreographies from music videos, and were inspired by icons like Britney Spears, Beyoncé, and Shakira. It’s all about reliving that energy—while making it Your own.
Led by Anastasia, a Berlin-based dance instructor who started her journey back when Commercial Dance was known as Videoclip Dancing. She used to switch between MTV and VIVA, recording her favorite music videos on VHS to learn every move by heart. Today, she brings these memories back to life - blending nostalgia with fresh energy and a deep love for movement.
