Über uns
The Hamburg AWS User Group meets most months to discuss and share topics about AWS.
We are a group of AWS users with different experiences and backgrounds that want to learn from each other. We range from beginners to seasoned experts.
This group is based on the principle that content should primarily come from within the group and be targeted to the group. We welcome people who would like to share their experiences with AWS to contribute by presenting a talk or by running a workshop.
To submit a talk proposal, please fill out our talks form and we will add your AWS talk to a future meeting.
If you are interested in hosting one of our meetings, please fill out our hosts form.

What is Troika Consulting?
Troika Consulting is a peer-coaching format from the Liberating Structures toolbox. You work in small groups of three and take turns in two roles:- The client briefly describes a real challenge they are facing right now, for example an architecture decision, a migration that’s stuck, a team or process problem, or a career question.
- The two consultants ask clarifying questions, then discuss the challenge and share ideas, experiences and suggestions while the client listens and takes notes.
After a few minutes the roles rotate, so everyone is client once and consultant twice. You get fresh perspectives on your own problem in a short time, and you learn from the challenges of others. No slides and no preparation are needed.
Just bring one real challenge you’d like input on. You decide how much detail to share.

Engineering AI Agents for Production by Milad Rezaeighale
Building an AI agent has never been easier. Engineering one for production is a different discipline. Frameworks and managed services get you a working prototype in an afternoon but the hard problems only appear once the agent has real responsibilities and real users.
This talk covers places where the demo answer and the production answer are not the same answer: authentication, context engineering, harnessing, and memory. Everything comes from agents I built and broke myself on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents, including the parts that didn’t behave the way the documentation suggested.
