An hour-long, holotropic-inspired breathwork journey guided by your own intuition. Together, we’ll slow the pace of the mind to clear the noise, cultivate inner safety, and expand the field of inner vision.
This is a space where the only goal is to honor your own needs. As your guide, I offer a supportive container and a curated journey of deep breaths, activating rhythms, gentle holds, and somatic release — always to the degree that feels right for you.
We’ll close with optional space for sharing — though words are never required. Feel free to simply rest in your experience. No explanations needed.
No striving. No fixing. Just breath, body, and presence.

This practice is donation-based so that all may attend, regardless of income or financial barriers. The space holds up to 10 participants, so RSVP is necessary to reserve your spot.
