Berlin School of Drawing ( born as Berlin Drawing ) has been founded in 2012.
Since than, we are regularly offering weekly classes and weekend workshops taught by trained artists. Following our classes, students will practice and learn through a strong program based mainly on an academic approach. Classes cover basics and advanced knowledge on drawing, panting, life drawing, illustration, sculpture, printing and more.
We also have regular untutored life drawing sessions, a now established event and a reference for sketchers in the area and from other parts of town. The session is an opportunity to draw and meet other sketchers, with experienced models posing for 2 hours in a beautiful location. Poses can go normally from 2 to 20/30 minutes or up to one hour on the long poses evening.
Lessons are conducted in English ( we speak also German ).

The aim of this course is to learn and deepen the basic skills of drawing and figure drawing. Students will learn the fundamentals of drawing through observation, instinct, and traditional methods in a winning combination. Focus will be on the main points of traditional drawing, such as structure, volume, shading, framing and composition as well as the human figure. Through a step by step program, you will learn how to bring what you see onto paper and how to finish with a completed chiaroscuro drawing. These skills are an essential foundation for further personal artistic exploration.MAIN POINTS OF THE CLASSES:
