Der Meetup richtet sich an Gastgeber in Berlin: ob Profi oder Anfänger, wir tauschen Erfahrungen und Netzwerke aus. Neben Tips & Tricks zum Thema Homestaging werden die neuesten Tools & Technologien aus der Homesharing Welt, Airbnb Ranking uvm. besprochen. Lerne wie du ein besserer Gastgeber werden kannst, die Zufriedenheit deiner Gäste weiter ausbaust und mehr Einnahmen generierst! Ob zum Thema Reinigungspersonal, Konflikte in der Nachbarschaft, Steuern, Regulierungen, Versicherungen und vieles mehr. Jedes Meetup wird einem speziellen Thema gewidmet. Dazu werden Experten geladen oder Referenten aus unseren eigenen Reihen sprechen. Im Anschluss lockeres Netzwerken unter den anwesenden Gastgebern. Ihr habt die Möglichkeit eure Pain Points einzureichen und in der Gruppe gemeinsam nach Lösungen zu suchen. Ideen & Anregungen sind selbstverständlich jederzeit herzlich willkommen.

The Meetup is aimed at hosts in Berlin: whether professionals or beginners, we can all exchange experiences and network. Topics such as Airbnb ranking, tips and tricks on home-staging, the latest tools and technologies from the home-sharing world and much more are going to be our topics. Learn how you can become a better host, increase the satisfaction of your guests and generate more revenue! Whether on the subject of cleaning staff, conflicts in the neighborhood, taxes, regulations, insurance and much more. Each Meetup will be dedicated to a specific topic. Experts will be invited or speakers from our own ranks will lead the discourse. Each event will be followed by networking among the present hosts. You have the opportunity to submit your Pain Points and work on solutions within the group. Ideas and suggestions for the design of this meetup are of course always welcome.
