Do you feel anxious, tense, or stressed when speaking in front of others—or with someone important to you?
In this Embodied Communication workshop, we will explore how reconnecting with the body can support more authentic and easeful communication.
Instead of trying to control or suppress emotions, you’ll learn how to include them—so they become a resource rather than a barrier.
During this 1-hour session, you will:
• Practice simple techniques to release tension
• Increase awareness of your body and emotional state
• Explore new ways of expressing yourself more freely
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.
