We train a basic tool that is a great bridge inside our body: the breathing. Enlarge our breathing ability allow us to become more aware of our body. So we will practice together some easy exercises. You will then be more clear, focus and have more energy to invest in your day.

What we're about

The purpose of this group is to gain more awareness on our breathing, our bridge into the body!
We will train our breathing abilities and learn some simple exercises to release tension and rigidity.
If you wish to enhance your conscious breathing, learn personalized exercises and being supported in your personal path, I'm also offering Conscious Breathing Workouts (https://bodylearning.ch/breathing-workout/).
This practice will give you more focus, more concentration and reduce your stress reactions.
