Do you enjoy German cuisine but would like to cook it in a lighter, more plant-based and contemporary way?
In this online cooking class, I’ll show you how classic German ingredients can be reimagined using simple techniques, well-chosen spices and a bit of culinary openness – without substitutes, without complicated recipes, and without heaviness.
Instead of strictly following traditional recipes step by step, we’ll work with a modern cooking blueprint. You’ll learn how to combine local vegetables, legumes and spices in a way that creates aromatic, everyday-friendly dishes – flexible, seasonal and intuitive.
The focus is on

What to expect in this class
- We’ll cook several plant-based dishes inspired by German cuisine, reinterpreted in a modern way
- You’ll learn core principles that allow you to recombine classic ingredients again and again
- I’ll show you how spices and simple techniques can make familiar vegetables more interesting
- There will be space for questions about plant-based nutrition, digestion, everyday practicality and individual variations
- All dishes are vegan and gluten-free
