We begin by taking a step back using breathing and meditation techniques as well as basic bodywork. Opening up our perception and senses will help us feel more centred.
As we are creating a safe space, we become more aware of any fears, anxiety, self-doubt, or if we trust others and our own decisions.
Our goal is to identify the parts that require adjustment, so we can improve our emotional health and inner balance:
- Letting go of thoughts that are limiting our chances of success.
- Of ideas on how we should or should have to perform to be accepted.
New possibilities can be opened up by being honest. We follow our path with a clear intension and connect with our inner strength.
We intend to meet regularly in Potsdam and Berlin.
