Digital Detox Day in Potsdam
Our first Digital Detox Day will take place at Landgut Nedlitz. A peaceful place in Potsdam, surrounded by beautiful lakes and nature. If you live in Berlin, to take a day off to join the countryside, will definitely lift your spirit.
We will begin our day intending to reconnect with ourselves, to simply breathe, scan our body, calm our senses, and work on the nerve system. We add exercises to relieve muscular stress, especially around our neck and shoulders.
Through this process of slowing down, we begin to centre ourselves, and it becomes easier to identify negative thoughts and belief systems.
We will deepen our understanding of the connection between negative thoughts and stress, while our attention will be focused inwards.
A guided meditation will then help us improve our inner balance and find clarity.
Our day will include some kind of sharing within a group and partner work.
Based on the weather**, we will work inside a meditation space and spend some time outdoors. We have a kitchen, so it would be great if everyone brought some food to share for our first meeting. In the future, if you would like to cook for the group and take care of the shopping, please let me know.**
We have hot water, tea and coffee available.
Please bring a blanket and a small cushion. A meditation cushion if you have one. Thick socks. A good idea is to change into comfortable clothing.
Yoga mats and pillows are only available for rent. (€ 15,- per day)
The fee includes a 19% VAT charge.
