Quick introduction to Esperanto at North Sydney Probus Club

Esperanto is a language that was created over 130 years ago to be an international second language. Today it is spoken by about 1 million people in over 100 countries. Esperanto is arguably the easiest language to learn. Some people learn it within 20 hours. This time we’ll be even more ambitious: We will try to get you to speak it within 1 hour!

In this one lesson, we are covering the following:

This is an event of the North Sydney Probus Club in cooperation with Esperanto NSW. People interested in Esperanto are welcome to join. If you like you can join for lunch after the presentation.

Esperanto estas lingvo kreita antaŭ pli ol 130 jaroj por esti internacia dua lingvo. Hodiaŭ ĝi estas parolata de ĉirkaŭ 1 miliono da homoj en pli ol 100 landoj. Esperanto estas verŝajne la plej facile lernebla lingvo. Multaj lernantoj lernas ĝin ene de 20 horoj. Ĉi-foje ni estos eĉ pli ambiciaj: Ni provos paroligi vin ene de 2 horoj!
