Future of Work and Self-Organization Munich

Calling on change makers, intrapreneurs and HR-professionals: this group is for anyone who is not just interested in the theory of organizational design and Holacracy but also wants to know how we can design organizations for the 21st century, where real change can occur. We will bring in practitioners from mid-sized and large organizations, have Meetups in unusual and cool places and will discuss failures and successes. We will run Nano-Workshops on methodologies and co-create the organization of the future.
