Lancaster Ride of Silence 2026
Join us for the Ride of Silence. This event is a powerful tribute to cyclists and other vulnerable road users who have been injured or killed by drivers on public roads. We don't need to be silent but it will be a ride to raise awareness about sharing the road and honoring those we've lost. Let's come together to show our support and solidarity for everyone that uses the road outside of the protection of a car.
This is a no-drop, group ride. We'll meet at Ewell Plaza for a brief discussion then roll our way to Noel Dorwart Park -- because road safety is for everyone is not only a city issue. The ride is approximately 10 miles with light hills in traffic; check out a detailed ride map.
Helmets are required. Remember to bring lights, too. Please wear a black and /or red ribbon in solidarity for those who have been lost or injured. (easily made from a piece of cloth or sock ). We may have some to pass out.Can you help make ribbons, ghost bikes, or ride marshall? Email Carl.Feldman@protonmail.com if you wish to assist.
