An adventure in Saxon Switzerland and Görlitz town 🇵🇱

Let's utilise the Deutschland ticket to explore stunning landscapes in Saxon Switzerland and the easternmost town in Germany.

Highlights:

• Day hike to Bastei Bridge.

• Königstein Fortress. (Hiking, 500m uphill)

• Görlitz(The nearest town to the Polish border).

• Ferry Ride on Elbe River.

• Polish Food.

Activity:

Saturday 9th September 2023

• 6:00 - Meet at Berlin HBF and catch a train to Königstein via Dresden HBF.(We can also leave on Friday night and stay in Dresden for the night, if everyone agrees.)

• 12:00- Explore Königstein Fortress and head for lunch.

• 15:00 - Leave for Rathen.

• 16:30 - Start Bastei bridge hike and spend the rest of the day, exploring the area, taking photos and flying drones at the golden hour.

• 19:40 - Head back to Dresden after the sunset, eat dinner and wind down at the hotel.

No time for Sunday ? Be flexible to go back Berlin :)

Sunday 10th September 2023

• 8:00 - Check out and eat breakfast.

• 9:00 - Explore Dresden.

• 12:00 - Leave for Görlitz.

• 2:00 - Arrive at Görlitz, eat polish lunch and explore the town.

• 19:30 - Take the train back to Berlin
