Morning stiffness, that reluctance to get out of bed, back and neck pain — all of it melts away with a dedicated flexibility and mobility session from the comfort of your home.
## What's in the session?
- Gentle mobility for the spine and hip joints
- Stretching for the legs and back
- Mobilisation of the lower back and shoulder blades
- Release of tension in the neck and glutes
## How does the class work?
Live online. You join via a link that becomes available immediately after payment. If you'd like to turn your camera on, I can give you personalised feedback on your technique — but it's completely optional.
## What equipment do I need?
Just a mat. Yoga blocks are helpful but not required — a folded blanket or a thick book works just as well.
## How long is the session?
50 minutes.
## Why train online?
You can join from anywhere — your living room, garden, or even the beach. Stay anonymous or share your smile with the group. No commute, no gym, just you and your mat.
