We are building an independent non-profit Gen AI community, free from company bias and politics, for knowledge sharing and networking purposes.
There are four key values for this community.
🔍 FOCUS ON THE INDIVIDUALS:
Promote and champion members of the community to show up as themselves, separating the person from their current or previous organisations. This encourages conversations to flow freely, avoiding company biases and politics.
🤖 HAVING A TECHNICAL FOCUS:
Ensuring that the group has a technical focus (Gen AI) brings together like-minded/skilled people. This means everyone in the room will be engaged with the topics being discussed and can derive value from each other, whether it's expanding their professional network or acquiring knowledge, and connecting over common interests.
👨 👩 IN-PERSON PRESENCE:
While online initiatives are valuable, never underestimate the power of people! Encouraging a culture where people invest time and effort to be present in the room creates deeper, more meaningful connections, which offers more value to everyone involved. If you invest in people, they are more likely to invest in you!
🗣 GIVE THE PEOPLE A VOICE:
Making sure the group drives/steers the direction of the community. Everyone has value to add, so we will ensure that everyone who invests in the group is heard. We aim to create a platform where everyone can share their thoughts, paving the way for the community. This way, we ensure the community has a higher ROI, getting to discuss topics that matter to them.
